Welcome to my gallery

I have found the best way to start the day is to take a morning walk.  Whether it be on the beach at low tide, or up the hill and looking down at the continuous waves rolling in, or along the walking path of Pittwater.​I enjoy spending my time plein air painting capturing the experience of being in the outdoors, emersed in the landscape.​My painting style is to use a lot of paint and palette knife to make raw and gestural marks recreating the feeling of the wind, heat, light, colour and texture of the landscape.​​
